FUNDRAISING (DEVELOPMENT) OFFICER
Full time, permanent post
Salary range £27,116 - £31,406 per annum

Christ’s College is seeking applications for the full time, permanent post of Fundraising (Development) Officer to support the work of the Development Team. The Development Team is responsible for fundraising and alumni relations for the College. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in annual fund and legacy activities and work within a well-established, successful team. The primary role of this post is to manage the College’s annual fund activity, including the annual Telephone Campaign and Giving Day, and to run the legacy programme. 

Educated to degree level or equivalent with relevant experience, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in working in fundraising, marketing or events management; possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and computerised database systems. Experience of the Raiser’s Edge system will be an advantage.   

The salary for this post is within the range of points 34-39 on the University’s single salary spine, currently £27,116 - £ 31,406 per annum.

Benefits include 36 days’ holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays); membership of a contributory pension scheme, free membership of the College gym, and free meals in College whilst on duty. Parking is available at the College although not guaranteed.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR 
Full time, permanent post
Salary range £20,600 - £22,847 per annum

Christ’s College is seeking to recruit a full time, permanent Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the College’s busy Catering Department providing a full catering service to students, Fellows, alumni, staff and conference,, and bed and breakfast guests. 

Supporting the Operations Manager and Head Butler, this post works as a shift leader, supervising the staff (both permanent and casual) delivering an effective and efficient front of house service within the Catering Department.  Strong team leading and customer service skills will be required as well as flexibility and a professional approach.

Full time hours for this role are 37.5 per week which involves early, late and split shifts on a rotational basis and regular work at weekends, though not every weekend, is required.

The salary range for this post is points 24 - 28 on the University’s single pay spine, which currently equates to £20,600 – £22,847 per annum.  Benefits include 36 days holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays), membership of a contributory pension scheme, free membership of the College gym, and free meals in College whilst on duty. Parking is available at the College although not guaranteed.
