Christ's College is a vibrant community of people from many countries and all backgrounds.
Headed by the Master, the senior members of College are made up of Fellows and Bye-Fellows (current and retired teaching staff, and the holders of major College offices); Honorary Fellows, Lady Margaret Beaufort Fellows, and Fellow Commoners (distinguished individuals recognised for their contribution to Christ's); the Chaplain; and the Director of Music.

The students (also known as junior members) comprise undergraduates and graduates studying a wide variety of subjects. The smooth running of the College is made possible by a large number of administrative staff, covering all aspects of College life from catering and maintenance to the gardens and the Library.
