17 Aug @ 09:40: We're aware of a capacity issue this morning for the check-in. Don't worry if you weren't able to join. We are getting this fixed for later sessions/check-ins!
13 August: Everyone has now received notification of which taster sessions they have been signed up to.
We are now (17:00) sending out the final information email including titles and Zoom links for each stream.
11 August: Thanks everyone who has completed the survey and managed to get onto Moodle. Stuart is your point of contact for all things Moodle-related. We are currently arranging the taster session allocations, and will let you know what sessions we've been able to accommodate you in before the end of the week. Zoom links for your sessions will also be circulated before Monday, as well as some further information and advice. Thanks for your patience as we tie up the last few pieces!
5 August: (14:45) Email sent including information on timetable, Moodle and a pre-event survey. Please note deadlines for the survey and Moodle are 12pm Tuesday 10th August.
The email to join Moodle will be sent on Friday 6th August. Remember to check your spam for this if you haven't received anything by 2pm - if there's still nothing, email Stuart at Sidney.

My computer doesn't have a webcam or microphone - will I still be able to take part? Yes! If you are able to source at least a microphone, this will make participating in some sessions (especially games and social sessions, or group discussion) much easier, but you will still have the option to use the chat box instead. Lots of wired headphones have microphones on them - maybe see if there are some at home that you could borrow for your sessions. |
